Jackson has spent 10 years in Taiwan with Breese Development, Jones Lang LaSalle and GMACCM/Capmark Co. Ltd respectively and another 2 years in China with an investment company. He has involved in shopping mall development, property consultancy, non-performing loan acquisition and real estate investment in the Greater China.

Prior to setting up JC Property Consultant, Jackson spent 7 years with CBRE-CH Williams Talhar & Wong, one of the nation’s largest property professional companies, involving in research, consultancy, valuation and transactions. He was presented 3 national awards as appreciation of his performance and contribution. During the early career, he was trained under En Mohd Talhar Abdul Rahman and Mr Tan Beng Sooi of CBRE-CH Williams Talhar & Wong and Vigers (now VPC Malaysia), respectively.

His experience includes providing advisory services to corporate clients as well as involving valuation and agency transactions in land, industrial, commercial and residential properties.

He is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager and practices under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOVAEP). He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

Jackson received his bachelor’s degree in commerce (valuation & property management) from Lincoln University, NZ and master of science in real estate from University of Reading, UK.
