Nicole is a Probationary Valuer registered under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers in Malaysia. She is experienced in  property valuation, property management, estate agency, market and feasibility  study for project development and investment.

Her real estate profession started with CH Williams Talhar & Wong (now known as “CBRE|WTW”) in 2002 as an valuation executive before she left the company in 2004 to join the banking industry.

Nicole is an expert in Real Estate & Credit Risk where she spent 7 years in Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) as a Real Estate Technical Services Manager.  In year 2011, she left SCB and joined Hong Leong Bank (HLB) as a Manager in the End-Financing Project Department where she conducted market & feasibility study of new property development, developed policy and process to assess and monitor the under-construction projects. She was subsequently promoted to the Head of Department before she left HLB in 2018.

Prior to JC Property Consultant, she was involved in the valuation and marketing of properties in HY Real Estate.

Nicole obtained a Bachelor Degree in Estate Management from University of Malaya. She is also an active Council Member of Women Entrepreneurs Division of Malaysia China Chamber of Commerce since 2019.
