Max is experienced in leasing properties and handling transactions for commercial and industrial properties including development lands for MNCs, corporate and financial institutions.

His real estate profession started with CBRE|WTW in 2013 as an Executive in Agency & Transactional Services and was subsequently promoted to Senior Assistant Manager before he left in 2018.

Prior to JC Property Consultant, he had a stint in WeWork as an Associate Director in charge of real estate sourcing.

Max obtained a Bachelor Degree in Commence (Finance) from Unversity of Queensland, Australia and was given 2 annual awards during his time in CBRE|WTW for his outstanding performance. He is currently a Registered Real Estate Negotiator who has market knowhow in carrying out marketing exercise via private treaty, expression of interests and tenders.
