Tommy has been in the real estate service industry for more than 30 years. He ran his own business prior to joining CH Williams Talhar & Wong in 2001 as a real estate agent.

He primarily undertakes assignments and marketing for industrial transactions and leasing covering tenancy renewal negotiations, relocation exercises, early termination of tenancies, tenant’s representative and new space requirements.

With his extensive experience in the area of agency and transnational services, he has successfully negotiated sales and leases for international and local multinational companies. He is also adept at providing consultancy in design and build for industrial warehouses.

Tommy was recognised with 4 awards for his outstanding performance and contribution during his tenure with CBRE-CH Williams Talhar & Wong.
